Intensive training and health care for our employees as well as the maintenance of the abstinence regulations, also by means of the check on the number of employees, are only a few of the points of our responsible work.

1. Rezeption / Zimmer:

All new hotel rooms will be disinfected as soon as possible. Detailed hotel information can be provided digitally via the allsun App, the hotel info channel and our information stations in the reception area. The accommodation can only be used individually or with a maximum of 4 persons from the same budget. The rooms will be refurbished to new standards and with special renovations before the arrival of the guests and during the stay.

2. Gastronomy:

There are common, well-known routes. The opening hours of the restaurant will be extended after the departure of the hotel, so that the maximum possible number of hours will not be exceeded. The prices in the restaurant will be calculated and will also be paid at an appropriate rate.

3. Pool-, Fitness- und Wellnessbereich:

The lawns are provided at the appropriate minimum standard. The chlorine content of the pools is always checked and documented on a daily basis. We ask our guests, before and after use, to disinfect the towels and the fitness equipment with the special product provided for this purpose. Termine will be used for the use of the wellness area and for training in the fitness area.

4. Activities:

Please contact us for all information about the activities offered in the sports and leisure programs for adults and children as well as the corresponding conditions of the current program of our entertainment teams.

5. Allgemeine Sicherheitsmassnahmen:

Our staff members provide a worldwide protection for our guests. For our guests, this protection is also a must in many areas of our hotels: e.g. at the reception desk, in the interior of the rooms, especially in the lounge and in the restaurant. The access charges in public areas of 1.5 Meters are unusually high. Due to the extremely high number of disinfectant sprays, our guests and staff can disinfect their homes at all important points of the hotel.
