Juan Antonio Muñoz García, a professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting, auditing, and certification in quality areas across various sectors, joins HS Consulting Spain as the new General Manager.
Muñoz joins the company, chaired by José María Berrio, with the aim of strengthening and consolidating the services offered by HS Consulting throughout the national territory. He will assume corporate and technical leadership to reinforce client relationships, provide more effective and personalized attention, and improve and lead the implementation of new programs and projects that will be available to all our clients starting in 2025, in response to the demands of health authorities.
The new General Manager brings extensive experience as an independent specialist in training, implementation, and auditing of management systems for ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Food Safety (ISO 22000, IFS, and BRC). He has broad experience in the training, healthcare, and hotel sectors, including the implementation and auditing of Quality, Environmental, and Prevention Management Systems for numerous public and private training centers and most hospitals in the Balearic Islands, as well as quality, safety, and hygiene audits, HACCP, Legionella, etc., in the hotel sector.
A graduate in Biology and Biochemistry from the UIB, he has been a Qualified Lead Auditor for SGS for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, among others, for the Training, Healthcare, and Food sectors; Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in Hygiene and Safety; and Associate Professor in the Genetics Area at the UIB since 2010. With this appointment, the management of Asesoramiento Integral en Higiene y Seguridad SL fulfills its objective of strengthening our management team to continue meeting our clients’ needs at a time when the company has experienced strong growth both in Spain and abroad, while also beginning its expansion into the Brazilian and US tourism markets.
