How much tomato is necessary?
There are numerous articles about the benefits of the tomato. In this case we mention one published in Caledonian Press in 2006, entitled Tomatoes licopenes and human health.
This article recommends a daily intake of around 7-8mg of lycopene, corresponding precisely to the amount contained in 250ml of tomato juice.
And not just in juice, also salad, fried tomato and gazpacho, be sure to take your daily lycopene.
